Vikas Singh And SSR Family Must Trust CBI

The CBI today said it was conducting Sushant Singh Rajput's death case investigation professionally.

It also said all aspects of Sushant's death were been looked into and that no aspect had been ruled out as of date. 

This statement comes a week after Sushant's family had expressed their 'frustration' over the delay by CBI in probing the late actor's death. 

Forty days into the investigation, no major breakthrough has been announced by the premier investigating agency even after questioning the accused prime accused Rhea Chakraborty, his flatmate Siddharth Pithani among others. 

SSR’s family lawyer Vikas Singh had also questioned the CBI for not converting Sushant's case from abetment to suicide to murder. 

Numerous investigative reports by media, especially Republic Media Network have highlighted a sequence of events, raised question marks, and presented a list of people who must be summoned in the case, though the agency is yet to do so. 

However, my dear countrymen, the rut is so deep that it takes time to get to the truth. 

The CBI should be left alone. They are doing their duty. It is wrong to put pressure on them. They have the past history behind them. They did not achieve anything in Aarushi murder case and some other cases. Therefore, they are very cautious about Sushant's case which is so wide-ranging that the arrests of drug peddlers are also coming to the fore.

Putting pressure on CBI will completely derail the investigation. 

Amidst this, there are some reports pouring in about the central agency giving the preliminary forensic report of Sushant to two different forensic labs. Like in Sunanda Pushkar's death case FBI had done the forensic test. It could be a possibility that the CBI could have sent the report to FBI and are waiting for the report.

It is advisable that Viskas Singh, who was complaining about media trial initially and now wanting media trial, restrains himself and Sushant's family from putting pressure on CBI.

It is hardly 40 days since the CBI has been handling the case. Vikas Singh should at least give 90 days for the central agency to come out with something. If they don't, he can first approach the media in November and then the courts.

This Isn't Students' Protests, But Jihadi Conspiracy

Countrymen,

Do you remember, in January last year? A school bus in Gurgaon's Sohna Road was attacked by a mob carrying out protests against Padmaavat.

These protesters were caught in video hurling stones at the bus, while children inside cowered in fear.

As soon as the video went viral on social media, Rahul Gandhi, Farhan Akhtar, Prakash Raj, Ayushmann Khurrana took to Twitter to criticise the protests and called it as terrorism.

Farhan Akhtar tweeted, "Attacking a school bus is not an agitation. It is terrorism. The people who did it are terrorists. Please refer to them as such."

Arvind Kejriwal called the protestors as goondas in the garb of Hindus and it is the duty of every citizen to save India and Hindu religion from these goondas.

Today, across India, public transport buses are being burnt; trains are being burnt; police stations are being burnt; railway stations are being burnt; policemen are being beaten up; petrol bombs are being thrown at the police.

But, these same left-liberal leaders and celebrities are not condemning these incidents as terrorist or jihandi acts. They are labeling these protestors as innocent students.

Right now, the country is at the same crossroads as was just before India-Pakistan partition. Those very slogans are being raised, which were raised before the Partition. And, Congress once again are standing with those very same people.

I WANT to ask the Lutyens media that why they are not showing the slogans raised at Jamia Millia Islamiya Unveristy and Aligarh Muslim University on their television channels?

At Seelampur, Murshidabad and Jama Masjid areas, the protestors raised jihadi slogans like "Tera Mera Rishta Kya La Ilaha Illa Allah" and "Hindustan Se Azadi" were raised.
Are these slogans anything to do with students' movement?

No.

These are the same slogans which were raised before carrying out genocide of Kashmiri Pandits in Kashmir. These are the same slogans which were raised at "Direct Action Day" in Bengal. These are the same slogans which are raised by ISI activists.

The left-liberal cabal and Lutyens media are linking such type of slogans with students' movement.

And, what type of people are being made heroes?
Likes of Aysha Renna and Ladeeda Farzana are being interviewed by controversial journalist Barkha Dutt, who has been accused of undermining India's national security during Kargil War.

These female students of Jamia Milia Islamia are extremists in their ideologies and openly give a call to Jihad.

Aysha Renna had called India 'fascist' because the terrorist Yakub Memon was hanged till death after he was convicted for his involvement in the Mumbai Blasts that killed hundreds of people.

Ladeeda Farzana, in one of her posts, openly gave a call to Jihad. She said people should "learn about our Jihad."
You must have heard AAP MLA Amanatullah Khan's speech. What was he speaking?

Was he speaking about CAB? Was he speaking about NRC?

No.

Amanatullah Khan was saying that Indian Muslims' headgear and beards would be banned; azan and mikes in mosques would be banned, and burqa would be banned. That was an inflammatory speech to incite communal violence.

Each word which he spoke was nothing but pack of lies and spewed venom.

Kejriwal government, on the other hand, announced Rs 5 lakh and job to Jamia student injured in eye during anti-CAA stir. His MLA Haji Ishraq personally visited the court to get bail for those who were involved in Seelampur violence.

Congress leaders Mateen Ahmad Khan and Asif Mohammad also raised anti-India slogans in unison.

I THINK, we should openly talk about this.

Politicians and media should talk about the real intent of these protests.

Why Khilafat 2.0 was written on Jamia Millia Islamiya's wall? Why slogans of "Freedom from Hindus" were raised in Aligarh Muslim University?

These questions should be asked and we all should hit the streets in all cities, districts and states. It is time for all of us to hold peaceful demonstrations.

We have won the battle in Parliament. We must not lose the battle in streets.

Reasons For Mamata's Outrage

West Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee yesterday had staged a mega rally to protest against Citizenship Amendment Act and National Register of Citizens Bill.

Addressing the rally, Mamata Banerjee said she would not implement CAA as it was unconstitutional and divisive in law. To oppose the act, she held a massive rally in Kolkata.

The reasons for this protest rally is not far to fetch. Actually, she is agitated over the latest developments in the state, where several illegal Bangladeshi immigrants living in India are returning to their country, fearing that they would be detained in detention camps after the implementation of NRC.

Such incidents are making headlines in Bangladeshi newspapers and television channels. Dhaka Tribune, a Bangladeshi newspaper, reported that as many as 203 illegal Bangladeshi immigrants from India were arrested by Border Guards Bangladesh.

These immigrants were entering Bangladesh illegally from the Jinahidaho Maheshpur India-Bangladesh border.

Sources in BSF also stated that at least 15-20 illegal immigrants are crossing over to Bangladesh on a daily basis.

"The reverse migration of illegal Bangladeshis has increased in the last few days. We have information that every day, people are crossing over to Bangladesh and they are using the porous border in North 24 Parganas area of Basirhat and Bongaon, and the border in Nadia district to cross over. Some reports are also coming in from Malda in West Bengal," The Sunday Guardian reported quoting a highly-placed source in BSF.

The BSF source also said many immigrants living illegally in Hyderabad, Bengaluru, Delhi and Assam, are fleeing to Bangladesh.

Mamata's Dreams Dashed

These illegal Bangladeshi immigrants, who were given aadhar and pan numbers illegally, form a huge vote-bank for Mamata Banerjee. If they return to Bangladesh, it would spell doom to TMC's political prospects, when West Bengal goes for elections in 2021.

To stop this catastrophe, Mamata Banerjee has been making all kinds of political posturings to save her chair. She spread lies about CAA and NRC, creating fears in Muslims that they would lose their citizenship.

Soon after she came to know of the reverse immigration of Bangladeshis from all parts of the country, Mamata Banerjee kicked up a campaign by giving illegal ads in private channels, urging Bangladeshi immigrants not to leave India, as she would not allow CAA and NRC to be implemented in the state.

She also held a massive protest in Kolkata in this regard, but to he dismay, the following morning, Bangladesh Foreign Minister A K Abdul Momen assurance to welcome the illegal immigrants from India, if the Indian government provided them a list.

With this assurance, the passing of NRC in the Parliament and deporting illegal Bangladeshi nationals has only become imminent.

The people, on the other hand, are watching the opposition's drama unfold, from the sidelines. They very well know Mamata Banerjee does not have any power, under the Union List of seventh schedule of the Indian constitution, to stall CAA in the state.

The only option Mamata Banerjee is to gracefully accept the law and understand that India is not a charitable centre where anybody can cross over, stay and exercise their illegal voting rights to form governments.

Pseudo Secular Left-Liberal Cabal Fueling Pan-Islamic Rant

Soon after the passing of Citizenship Amendment Bill in the Parliament, the left-liberal cabal have risen in protest against it.

The left-liberal cabal like Arfa Khanum and Javed Akhtar are contending that the Supreme Court should give its verdict on humanitarian grounds, but overlook the same premise when the government wants to grant citizenship to the persecuted non-Muslim minorities, who fled from bordering Islamic countries of India.

This opposition to Citizenship Amendment Act is reflective of their pan-Islamic mentality, which does not believe in nationhood or any national boundary for Muslims.

The pan-Islamic mentality in India finds its origins during Third Battle of Panipat, which was fought between Marathas and Afghan king Ahmad Shah Abdali, in 1761.

Abdali was invited by Islamic scholar Shah Wali Ullah to attack the Maratha in Third Battle of Panipat and advised his collaborator Najib al Dawla to launch jehad against Jats.

Shah Wali Ullah was a Muslim thinker of 18th century whose teachings revolved around Indian Muslims' inner spirit for re-establishment of Islamic political authority in the country.

In event of the declining glory of Mogul Empire and resurgence of Marathas, Jats and Sikhs in Muslim-dominated India, Shah Wali Ullah decided to re-evaluate the Muslim dilemma.

His movement for Islamic revivalism backed by the ideology of Pan-Islamism was for the political unity of Indian Muslims.  Therefore, Shah Wali Ullah wrote a letter to Abdali, inviting Abdali to attack Marathas.

He wrote: "All control of power is with the Hindus because they are the only people who are industrious and adaptable.  Riches and prosperity are theirs, while Muslims have nothing but poverty and misery.  At this juncture you are the only person, who has the initiative, the foresight, the power and capability to defeat the enemy and free the Muslims from the clutches of the infidels.  God forbid if their domination continues, Muslims will even forget Islam and become indistinguishable from the non-Muslims." (Dr Sayed Riaz Ahmad in his book 'Maulana Maududi and Islamic state' - Lahore People's Publishing House, page 15 - 1976).

He further wrote: "We beseech you in the name of Prophet to fight a jihad against the infidels of this region ... The invasion of Nadir shah, who destroyed the Muslims, left the Marathas and Jats secure and prosperous.  This resulted in the infidels regaining their strength and in the reduction of Muslim leaders of Delhi to mere puppets" (Shah Wali Allah and his times by Saiyid Athar Abbas Rizvi, page page 305).

Emphasising dominant role of Muslim rulers even in a multi-religious society, Shah Wali Ullah said, "Oh Kings! Mala ala urges you to draw your swords and not put them back in their sheaths again until Allah has separated the Muslims from the polytheists and the rebelious Kifirs and the sinners are made absolutely feeble and helpless" (Ibid. page 299)

This was the first time in the history of India that a Islamic scholar invited a foreign king to attack India on the basis of religion. Prior to this, all the invasions in India had political objectives.

This was contrary to Mogul emperor Akbar's 'conciliatory' policies in the governance of multi-religious and multi-ethnic Indian society.

Shah Wali Ullah also invited Abdali to attack Shias inhabiting India. He laid stress on adherence to "the orthodox religious principles of Sunnism" he was against seeking any cooperation from Hindus or even Shi'is (Shah Wali Allah and his Time by Saiyid Athar Abbas Rizvi, 1980,  page 394).

Pan-Islamic Mentality

The left-liberal cabal's protests against CAA justifies their pan-Islamic mentality, which opposes giving a dignified lives to the persecuted Hindus, Jains, Buddhists, Parsees, Christians and Sikhs, but wants illegal immigrants like Rohingyas, who have committed genocide of the Hindus and Buddhists in Myanmar.

The CAA pours water on to this pan-Islamic contours of the left-liberals and therefore, they are agitated and creating a false Hindu Rashtra naration.

Think of this cabal - intellectuals, Sonia Gandhi, Rahul Gandhi, Mamta Banerjee, Lalu Yadav, Stalin, Mayawati - taste power, there will be suppression of Hindu voice, as it had been under Congress and parties, which have been playing appeasement politics.

The choice is yours. Whether, you are with the persecutors or persecuted.

CAB Row: The Double-Tongued Mavericks

Congress President Sonia Gandhi called the day of passage of CAB by the Parliament as a dark day in the Constitutional history of India.

Okay.

If facilitating the persecuted minorities from Islamic countries - Afghanistan, Pakistan and Bangladesh - to lead a dignified lives is dark day, then it is an absurd comment, because the Citizenship Amendment Bill is nothing to do with Indian Muslims.

The Bill is all about giving citizenship to the refugees, not taking away citizenship of Indians, including Muslims.

The truth, however, is Rajiv Gandhi government's denial of giving maintenance to a divorced woman by passing the Muslim Women (Protection of Rights on Divorce) Act, in contradiction to the Supreme Court verdict, was the darkest day in the annals of Indian Constitution.

Judicial Blackmail

Never before in the history of Parliamentary debate, a MP had questioned the authority of the house in making laws, but Chidambaram, an advocate himself, broke all parliamentary decency to do it.

"This (bill) is a slap on the face of Parliament. Parliamentarians are being asked to do something unconstitutional and then the baby is passed on to the judiciary and in the judiciary, lawyers and judges will decide what you have done is constitutional or not. Fortunately, we have three organs of the state. The executive is complicit. The legislature is invited to collaborate . Hopefully, the judiciary will strike it down and will save India and idea of India."

This, actually, is the most shameful of statements in the august house as it undermines the power of the Parliamentarians, who have all the authority to make laws, including granting citizenship to persecuted minorities of the three bordering Islamic states to India.

If these honorable members are bent on undermining their powers, then they should not be in the business of legislating, better they resign as members of the Parliament.

The Real Idea Of India

Opposition parties, who play vote-bank politics, have differing stands on the same issue, when they are in power and in opposition.

Today, they are opposing to grant citizenship to persecuted minorities, but had raised a mayhem on the same issue in the past.

Rajasthan Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot, during the UPA tenure, had shot of a letter to then home minister Chidambaram asking for facilitating Hindu and Sikh migrants from Pakistan.

As many as 13,000 persecuted minority people were given shelter in Rajasthan bordering Pakistan.

Tarun Gogoi-led government in Assam had sought citizenship for persecuted Hindu Bengalis, Buddhists who migrated from Bangladesh in 2012, when both centre and state were ruled by Congress.

Gogoi had submitted a memorandum to Prime Manmohan Singh on April 20, 2012, seeking citizenship to religious minorities, who had to flee due to discrimination and religious persecution at the time of partition.

On December 18, 2003, former Prime Minister Manmohan Singh, who was then leader of the Opposition in Rajya Sabha, had raised the issue in Rajya Sabha to grant citizenship to Hindus from Bangladesh, who had taken refuge in India because of persecution.

In 2005, TMC MP Mamata Banerjee, had created a ruckus in Lok Sabha over the issue of illegal infiltrators in West Bengal.

Raising the issue, she had said, "The infiltration in Bengal has become a disaster now ... I have both the Bangladeshi and Indian voters list. This is a very serious matter. I would like to know when would it be discussed in the House?"

These same leaders also are contending that CAB is against idea of India dreamt by Mahatma Gandhi and Jawaharlal Nehru.

But, the reality is different. Gandhiji, in 1947, had stressed on the need to grant proper rights to minorities in Pakistan.

In a prayer meeting on September 26, he had openly declared that the Hindus and the Sikhs staying in Pakistan, can come to India by all means, if, they do not wish to continue there. In that case, it is the first duty of the Indian government to give them jobs and make their lives comfortable.

On November 25 same year, the Congress Working Committee had passed a resolution urging citizenship for refugees from Pakistan.

Dr Rajendra Prasad, the first President of India, had declared in the oath-taking ceremony that India is anxious to rehabilitate displaced persons who have suffered and still suffering great hardships and privations.

Home Minister Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel had declared on January 12, 1950 in Kolkata - "Those who are our flesh and blood, who fought by our side in the freedom struggle cannot suddenly become foreigners to us because they are on the other side of  line. There are people in South Africa, people of Indian origin but with African citizenship, whom we still try to help. If they have claim on us, surely, those in that part of Bengal too have a claim."

The real idea of India, in fact is reflected in the inclusive stand of these leaders.

Lunatic Stand

Actor Naseeruddin Shah and left-liberal cabal, in December last, had said India is unsafe for Muslims living in India. So, in that case, it should not be advisable for them to push for the entry of Muslims in India.

They must either tell the nation, that India is a safe country for Muslims, or unsafe, because they cannot have two differing opinions about India at the same time.

Period

Citizenship Granting Bill, A Fait Accompli

The confusion over Citizenship (Amendment) Bill is due to the poor communication and marketing of the proposed legislation.

The Narendra Modi government should have promoted the proposed legislation as Citizenship Granting Bill instead of Citizenship (Amendment) Bill, which could have denied an opportunity for the left-liberal cabal to commit mischief of making Muslims lose their citizenship.

In fact, this has been the problem of Modi government that it lacks the ability to communicate complex and contentious issues in unclear terms. Perhaps, Amit Shah, who is carrying the burden of passing explosive bills in future, perhaps can take a cue from the Americans, who take extreme care to promote contentious issues in clear and lucid terms.

CAB Explained

CAB aims to grant citizenship to Hindus, Sikhs, Jains, Buddhists, Parsees and Christians, who were forced to take refuge in India because of religious persecution or fear of persecution in three countries bordering India, namely Afghanistan, Pakistan and Bangladesh.

These persecuted minorities will be granted citizenship after going through a naturalization process.

One of the criteria of naturalization is that the concerned person has to live in India or work in the Central Government for 11 years. So, it reduces this period to six years for Hindus, Sikhs, Buddhists, Jains, Parsis and Christians from Afghanistan, Bangladesh and Pakistan, but still have to go through the process of naturalization.

CAB Controversy Explained

The controversy over this bill mainly is around the exclusion of persecuted Muslims from being granted citizenship in India. The left-liberal cabal, ably supported by the Lutyens media, are labeling it as unconstitutional and anti-secular.

Actually, this bill is more about humane values than secular values. Anyway, the bill proposes to give citizenship to the persecuted, not persecutors.

Of course, Ahmadiyyas and Shias are persecuted in Pakistan, Afghanistan and Bangladesh, but at one point of time in history had waged a war against India. In fact, they led the movement for establishment of Pakistan.

They had fought for Pakistan against India during the first war for Kashmir in 1947-48 and influenced the Kashmiri Muslim identity in 20th century.

There also is no reason for Rohingyas, Bengali-speaking people from Myanmar, to be given citizenship because they do not have anything to with India. They slip into India through Bangladesh.

They are known for genocide of Hindus in Myanmar.

If any country, which can give shelter to these people, is Bangladesh. But the government there, is reluctant to take them back as they are security threat to the nation. They ran out of  Myanmar for their alleged terrorist activities.

Shias, if given a chance, would prefer to go to Iran, instead of coming to India.

So, there is a strange belief that any persecuted person anywhere is eligible for citizenship in India. This could have been possible in olden days when India was prosperous, but India cannot afford to be magnanimous, because it is facing loads of challenges in making lives of its citizens better.

Some of these persecuted Muslims in these bordering countries can seek citizenship in any of the Islamic country, but Hindus, Sikhs, Jains and Parsees, do not have any country, but India. Where should they go? Should they jump to death in the Bay of Bengal or offer themselves to the swords of persecutors?

The Confused Left-Liberal Cabal

This section of the society are a confused lot and many reasons are attached to it.

One is, they are smitten by secularism bug. They brag about day in and day out, in media, textbooks and on other platforms. In fact, their secularism originates from anti-Church movement, which is directly in contrast to Indian secularism, which is rooted in ancient Indian texts.

Second, this brigade is unbelievably ill-informed in many ways or gives an impression of knowing things in bits and pieces.

For example, the US government under Donald Trump had declared giving shelter to the persecuted Christian refugees in various countries, especially Islamic nations. He, in fact, is setting right the wrongs committed by the Americans in the past. In many ways, the US has been inimical to refugees.

American history is full of instances where they had denied refuge to other nationals. One such incident is, when a ship full of Jews was sent back to Germany to face certain death in Nazi camps in 1940.

Such being the situation, the left-liberal cabal has solicited United States Commission on International Religious Freedom (USCIRF) to stymie the passing of CAB by the Indian Parliament and pressure Trump administration to impose sanctions on Home Minister Amit Shah.

This attempt is simply laughable because this unscrupulous agency does not have any locus standi to dictate terms to sovereign republics like India and get away with it. They have been silent over American dilly-dallying with Asians on giving citizenship to Asians in the past.

So, the Americans are guilty of excluding people from citizenship. In contrast, CAB is a piece of legislation, which includes people, who are persistently persecuted in their home countries.

Creating Fear Perception

Despite getting shock of their lives, the left-liberal cabal has not yet given up. They are creating a perception that the supreme court would strike down CAB.

They are running around quoting the Constitution saying that Article 14 guarantees equality, which is laughable on two fronts. Article 14 guarantees equality to citizens, but does not say anything about non-citizens.

CAB is a one-time measure to grant citizenship to the persecuted minorities in three bordering countries, which does not mean that other communities or people will not be naturalized at all.

Muslims, in this case, can get citizenship as per the rules subjected to general asylum process. Hence, there is no violation of Article 14 here.

Even Article is applicable only for Indian citizens and not people from other countries. One becomes an Indian citizen after they are naturalized, not before.

Article 21 (right to life) also is applicable to those who live in India, not to them who want to enter India.

So, the left-liberal cabal which is running around holding the Constitution, is just talking out of their hats. They have their own agenda and an axe to grind, but the truth is the bill passed in Parliament is a fait accompli.

Needless Protests In Assam Amidst CAB Lies

Congress and left-liberal cabal are confusing Citizenship Amendment Bill with National Register of Citizens.

In reality, however, they are vastly different.

CAB seeks to grant citizenship to the persecuted minorities, except Muslims, fleeing from Islamic states of Afghanistan, Pakistan and Bangladesh.

The Bill aims to protect these persecuted minorities from proceedings against them in the claim of illegal migration.

People who have entered India on or before December 31, 2014 are eligible of citizenship, as per the proposed changes while the current law makes it mandatory for people to have resided for a minimum of 11 years in the country to be eligible for citizenship.

NRC, on the other hand, aims to remove illegal immigrants including Rohingyas from India.

Under proposed NRC provisions, immigrants will be granted citizenship if they prove that either they or their ancestors were in India on or before March 24, 1971, the eve of the Bangladesh War.

Needless Protests In Assam, Tripura

Despite these stark differences, the opposition parties, especially Congress and the left-liberal cabal are creating division in the society by arguing that CAB is nothing more than an exercise to reduce Indian Muslims to second class citizens.

The lie-campaign of left-liberal cabal is highlighting protests as though the entire Northeastern states of Assam and Tripura are up in arms against CAB.

The truth, however, is that only the non-tribal areas are protesting, which is needless because, Amit Shah, on the floor of Lok Sabha, has assured to deport illegal immigrants from India with the help of NRC. The citizens of non-tribal areas of Assam and Tripura are afraid that it would benefit a large number of "illegal" immigrants, mainly from Bangladesh.

Lies And Truth

One of the worst propaganda spread by left-liberal cabal is that CAB is anti-Muslims. The bill, in fact, seeks to grant citizenship to persecuted minorities in Pakistan, Bangladesh and Afghanistan.

Persecuted Hindu, Jain, Buddhist, Sikhs, Parsi or Christian communities who fled Pakistan and living in India before 2014, will be given citizenship after the amendment is passed.

No Indian citizen will be asked to produce any document to prove citizenship after the CAB is passed, it is just false propaganda being spread by some people.

Another lie the cabal spreading is Muslims from other countries will not be granted citizenship under CAB provisions. The fact of the matter, however, is Muslims from anywhere in the world can seek citizenship under existing laws. They can apply for Indian citizenship under section 6 of the Citizenship Act, which deals with citizenship by naturalization.

Moreover, Muslims from Afghanistan, Pakistan and Bangladesh can be granted Indian citizenship under special circumstances just as India had granted citizenship to Ugandan Indians and Sri Lanka Tamils. They can also get the citizenship under the provisions of naturalisation law.

Also, CAB does not deal with deportation of illegal Muslim immigrants as it is subject matter of another law, the Foreigners Act.

The left-liberal cabal are also questioning non-inclusion of Shias, Ahmediyyas, Balochs and Rohingyas, who have been persecuted in these three countries, in CAB. They cannot be included, because, they belong to the major community there, as the bill is specifically drafted for religious minorities in those countries.
